The Journey to Higher Ground

A powerful and practical retreat for your team

Bring your team and their challenges or opportunities together in retreat to deepen their connection and commitment, enhance their ability to work together as individual parts of a cohesive whole, clarify their sense of common purpose, direction, and strategic action … and get some good work done at the same time.

The Journey employs processes to enhance self- and group-awareness and behaviors, interwoven with processes applying the learning to the real-world challenges or opportunities that lie before you.  The team’s work toward its business outcomes will be guided by skills development and professional facilitation, so that the net outcome will be better results, better relationships, and better processes to use in the future.

The Journey can be undertaken over 2.5 to 4 days in retreat.  It includes pre-retreat participant interviews or questionnaires to assess team functioning and perceptions, guide customized design, and bring awareness and accountability to team members.  A 1-day post-retreat integration/implementation team-coaching session is strongly recommended.

Oh my goodness - it turns out I love my colleagues! I had no idea we could actually cooperate at the levels we did. We had fun, learned a lot, and created a great plan for turning our issues into successes.
